This policy applies to fees paid to Prertetyst for seasonal campaign services and related consulting listed on prertetyst.digital. Prices on the Site are informational until a signed quote or statement of work is issued.
Eligibility — 14-Day Review
For service contracts entered at a distance, consumers in Korea may cancel within 7 days of receiving contract documents, or within 7 days of delivery of services if later, subject to exceptions below. Business clients follow contract-specific terms.
Full and Partial Refunds
If cancellation occurs before work begins, prepaid amounts are refunded minus non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred. Partial refunds may apply if deliverables are incomplete, proportional to undelivered scope.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed print runs, shipped materials, non-refundable retailer deposits, and field work already performed are non-refundable. Pass-through costs billed at cost are disclosed in statements of work.
Cancellation Process
Email [email protected] with contract reference and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and provide a refund assessment within 10 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Consumer Rights (Korea)
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations. For disputes, you may contact the Korea Consumer Agency or local consumer centers.
Exceptions
Custom creative or print commenced with your written approval, and services fully performed per statement of work, are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation.
